Everise, the global healthcare customer experience company, has signed a binding deal to purchase the healthcare segment of Continuum Global Solutions (CGS) from Skyview Capital. This is indicative of a strategic acquisition that will allow Everise to extend its service offerings of Pharmacy Benefit Management and also expand its client base within the HealthCare Payer and provider space in the US.
That way, Everise is seeking to become a one-stop health, specialty clinic, and retail pharmacy solutions provider. More than 8,000 people from CGS will become part of Everise to avoid any disruptions in sharing knowledge and utilizing the employee’s knowledge to strengthen the company’s healthcare arm.
Everise founder and CEO Sudhir Agarwal showed a positive prognosis regarding the integration, adding that his company had been impressed by the Skyview successes in creating a healthcare vertical, and was glad to welcome the CGS healthcare team on board. It also helps us to be a full-service HxE provider and goes without saying that with such
complementary skill sets, I believe that Harbor will rapidly advance its position as the world’s premier healthcare BPO solutions provider.
Naeem Arastu, Partner & COO of Skyview Capital added to this and said that company means a lot to them commenting that it has grown a lot under their management. As such, we are pleased to have chosen Everise as the new leader for maintaining this kind of positive growth.”
This acquisition will enable Everise to expand its service offerings and improve customer experience of healthcare services – a strategic growth milestone for the company.
