Blaze Schwaller: For Every Person Who Has Ever Felt Too Much, Too Fast

An intuitive coach guiding emotional clarity and everyday resilience for deep feelers everywhere!

Life can push people into heavy transitions. They try to understand their emotions, speak their truth, or steady themselves during uncertain shifts. Many struggle to find someone who listens deeply enough to hear both their words and their inner world. This is the challenge Blaze Schwaller stepped forward to solve.

Blaze never chased roles for status or trend. She followed a natural pull toward human stories. “I have always craved understanding others deeply and hearing their stories.” This curiosity guided her early years as a tattoo artist. Each client carried a memory or a moment, and Blaze sensed the meanings beneath every idea they brought to the chair.

Tattooing gave her a front row place in the art of transformation. She connected spoken thoughts with what people felt inside. “I love connecting their spoken ideas with their deeply felt inner worlds.” That connection drove her craft.

Then her tendons gave out in her thirties. The physical part of her work ended, but the heart of it stayed strong. She refused to lose the part of her calling that helped people step into new chapters with intention and courage. “If I could still guide people through meaningful transitions in their life, I was absolutely going to do so.”

Coaching arrived as the path that matched her gifts. Blaze sensed that it offered everything she needed to continue the work she loved. “I don’t think that I chose coaching so much as coaching chose me,” she says. The field welcomed her ability to see people clearly, understand their needs, and offer guidance that feels both practical and meaningful. “I find it immensely fulfilling,” she adds.

Her coaching practice now stands as a place where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. She carries the same grounded presence she once brought to her tattoo work, only now the canvas is the human experience itself. Through Coach with Blaze LLC, she meets people exactly at that threshold. She helps them hear themselves again. She brings a calm presence to emotional chaos and teaches deep feelers how to experience their emotions without losing function. Her method does not push people into a version of strength that ignores their sensitivity. It helps them become anchored in it.

Her work exists because of a life she lived from the inside out.

A Collapse That Redefined Everything

Burnout did not appear suddenly. It crept into her hands, her tendons, her sleep, and her thoughts long before she understood the cost. She pushed through every warning because she cared about her clients and her team. She tried to hold everything together. Even when her body ached with fatigue, she kept moving.

The truth finally broke through one day after a Zumba class.

“I lost sensation in both my arms and passed out in the locker room,” she recalls. “It was terrifying. It woke me up to the truth that I was pushing myself far beyond my limits and missing every sign.”

Her tattoo career came to an abrupt stop. Continuing would threaten the future function of her hands. She had no time to prepare, no plan, no gentle exit. One day she was a tattoo artist. The next day that entire identity closed.

What followed was not just a physical recovery. It was a full unraveling of the beliefs she carried about strength, loyalty, and worth.

Rebuilding Health and Finding a New Meaning Of Success

Blaze spent a full year stabilizing her body and her mind. She felt grief for the career she loved. She felt confused about what would come next. She felt the weight of seeing her own patterns clearly for the first time.

“There was a massive grieving process,” she says. “I had to see the distortions in how I supported others at my own expense.”

She understood why she had been a people pleaser even when her inner voice begged her to stop. She recognized the same pattern in so many people around her.

That painful clarity became a turning point.

“It was a huge ah-ha moment,” she says. “I realized I wanted to share my experience with others who were suffering silently.”

Coaching began calling to her more loudly. She realized she could still guide people through personal transitions. She could still help them understand their inner signals. She could still offer the insight she once used during tattoo sessions, this time in a form that supported her health.

The foundation of Coach with Blaze LLC began forming right there, in the space between loss and possibility.

Turning Sensitivity into a Strength

One of the core truths Blaze teaches is that emotional intensity carries wisdom. Sensitive humans are not weak. They feel deeply because their internal systems pick up more information. She understands that the world rarely teaches people how to work with that gift. It often overwhelms them instead.

“When someone feels overwhelmed, hearing that their feelings are purposeful can sting,” she says. “They need space to feel what they feel and still function.”

Blaze does not rush that process.
She teaches clients how to listen to the message inside their emotions. She helps them interpret their internal responses and build a personalized roadmap for what each emotion needs.

“Their emotions become the key that unlocks their ability to move forward,” she explains.

She does not give one-size-fits-all solutions. She gives tools people can adapt to the real moments in their life. She creates a steady pace, a private environment, and a grounded rhythm that lets clients unfold instead of collapse.

Over time, they begin to trust themselves. They discover they can feel more without fear. They learn to move through their days with clarity instead of panic.

The Anchored and Alive Method in Motion

Inside her company, Blaze created the Anchored and Alive Method, a course designed for overwhelmed individuals who need change that feels possible instead of exhausting.

One story captures this transformation vividly.

A nurse who joined the program had a long pattern of taking on extra work. When coworkers handed her tasks, she accepted without question. She stayed late. She felt unworthy of asking for support. The resentment built silently.

During the course, she began noticing her loops. Around week four or five, the moment arrived. A coworker tried to hand her extra charts. Her body recognized the familiar pull.

Instead of taking the charts automatically, she paused.

“Wait, this is the loop,” she thought.

She looked at her coworker and said calmly, I have these charts already. Then she walked away and continued her work.

For the first time in her life, she did not feel guilty for protecting her time.

It was a quiet moment, but it carried power.

“That is the kind of moment I hear from many clients,” Blaze says. “They amaze themselves in real time.”

These breakthroughs show her why the method works. Change builds in layers until one day it appears in action.

Staying Aligned When Life Turns Chaotic

As a coach, Blaze speaks openly about her own process. She knows alignment is a practice, not a single choice. She understands her own rhythms and respects them.

“I need lots of space and time to feel good about taking action,” she says. She builds routines that support this need. She trusts others for the skills she lacks. She creates a lifestyle that flows with her strengths.

During chaotic moments, she grounds herself by remembering her purpose. She recalls simple scenes that show her values in motion.

Sometimes that looks like helping her daughter feel confident during a music lesson. That small moment becomes proof of who she is at her core.

“It is comforting,” she says. “It helps me find my balance again.”

Tattooing: The First Classroom of Human Truth

Blaze’s years as a tattoo artist continue to move through her coaching work. Tattooing was never just art to her. It was a human connection.

“I always saw the bigger story arc for people,” she says.

She listened for the meaning behind the design. She collaborated with clients to find images that reflected their inner state. She felt the emotional energy of each decision. She helped people place symbols on their skin that carried deep intention.

Those conversations taught her about universal human experiences.
Loss. Misunderstanding. Fear of being different. Worry about worth.
She saw these stories repeated thousands of times.

That understanding became a foundation for her coaching. It allowed her to approach clients with compassion, clarity, and practical insight. It also gave life to her podcast Anchored & Alive with Blaze, where she shares weekly reflections that resonate with sensitive, overworked, caring humans who want peace.

Clearing Misconceptions About Emotional Regulation and Self Trust

Many people who begin working with Blaze believe they need to master emotional regulation instantly. They worry when they cannot. They judge themselves harshly.

“The biggest misconception is that they think if they do not get it immediately, they did it wrong,” she says. “They are overwhelmed and exhausted.”

Her course is designed exactly for that state. It creates momentum without demanding constant effort. It helps people see where they already trust themselves. It shows them where they already regulate without realizing it.

Over time, they build a growing library of lived evidence—experiences that remind them they can handle their emotions and trust their process.

This shift is gentle and long lasting.

Sharing Vulnerability Through Her Podcast

On her podcast, Blaze does not perform expertise. She offers honesty. She speaks about what moves through her at that moment.

“When I share my own process, it helps listeners feel their own experience,” she says.

She never claims to know exactly what someone else feels. She simply gives permission to feel. Permission to think deeply. Permission to be human.

Understanding Perfectionism Without Shame

Perfectionism shows up quietly. It hides behind good intentions. Blaze teaches clients to explore their repetitive loops without judgment.

“What experiences keep repeating?” she encourages them to ask. “What thoughts show up right as a pattern begins?”

She guides them through the gifts of each pattern as well as the blocks. She helps them find their own angle of entry so they gain traction quickly. Some dismantle perfectionism through observation, others through emotional inquiry, others through behavior shifts.

There is no single doorway. She honors the doorway that fits each person.

The Challenge of Rest and the Courage to Practice it

One of the most striking lessons Blaze learned after burnout was how difficult rest can be.

“We live in a culture that values effort,” she says. “Even rest becomes something people try to do correctly.”

She teaches clients that rest is a skill. Letting go is a skill. Both improve through practice. Once clients understand this, pressure softens. Shame dissolves. Relief enters their body for the first time in a long time.

A First Step for Anyone Standing Inside a Transition

When someone is overwhelmed by a major life change, Blaze offers one simple doorway.

“Be with yourself,” she says. “Breathe into your body. It is OK if talking about it feels hard.”

Then she gives them one question:

What is my next most doable step toward a small amount of relief right now?

If the answer is to wiggle your toes, do it. If it is to walk in sunlight, do it.
Listening to these quiet signals creates a shift that surprises people. Their body learns they are listening. Their nervous system eases. Their sense of direction returns.

A Legacy of Rest, Honesty, and Emotional Depth

When Blaze thinks about the future, she imagines communities where feelings are spoken openly. Workplaces where rest is respected. Families where emotional truth is normal. Daily life where people do not gossip about someone taking a break but celebrate it.

“I want more rested, happy people enjoying themselves,” she says. “People free from trying to be something that feels wrong for them.”

Through Anchored & Alive, she is building that vision one person at a time. Her clients discover a new relationship with their own inner world. They gain tools, clarity, and confidence. They learn that sensitivity carries power and wisdom.

Blaze took a life-changing collapse and turned it into a path that offers healing, direction, and steady ground for others. Her story lives inside her work. Her work lives inside every person who learns to trust themselves again.
